We provide tech support services including virus cleanup, diagnostics, software repair, and remote troubleshooting, both in-person and via secure remote access tools.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and Square. No refunds are provided after a service is completed.

3. Remote Sessions

You are responsible for initiating remote access through the Remote App button on our website. You retain full control of the session and can disconnect at any time. We do not install or retain access without your consent.

4. Warranties and Limitations

We make reasonable efforts to fix your issue, but cannot guarantee resolution in all cases. Some problems may require hardware repair or third-party services beyond our scope.

5. SMS Communications

By texting us, you consent to receive service-related messages. These are not recurring marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or system failure outside the scope of the specific work performed. You are advised to back up data before service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the latest terms.
